Welcome to WorldWide Adventures. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website at https://www.worldwideadventures.com (the "Site") operated by WorldWide Adventures ("us", "we", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, booking a tour, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Site or use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site and our services.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

When you book a tour or travel package with WorldWide Adventures:

• A contract is formed when we confirm your booking in writing and issue a confirmation invoice.
• The lead booker must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to make the booking on behalf of all participants.
• The lead booker is responsible for making all payments due and for communicating with us on behalf of all participants.
• By making a booking, you confirm that you and all participants have read and agreed to these Terms.

3.2 Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking, unless stated otherwise.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the departure date.
• For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

3.3 Pricing and Accuracy

Regarding our prices and information:

• All prices are per person and based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to correct errors in advertised prices before or after booking confirmation.
• If a price correction results in an increase of more than 10% of the total tour price, you have the right to cancel with a full refund.
• While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our Site, we cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions.

4. Travel Documentation and Requirements

4.1 Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure that you and all members of your party have valid passports with at least six months validity beyond your return date.
• Obtain all necessary visas, health certificates, and other documentation required for your destination.
• Meet all health requirements including vaccinations for countries you will visit.
• WorldWide Adventures cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

4.2 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all our tours and should include coverage for:

• Medical expenses and emergency repatriation
• Personal liability
• Cancellation and curtailment
• Loss of luggage and personal effects

We reserve the right to request proof of adequate insurance before the start of your tour. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks.

5. Cancellations and Changes

5.1 Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 60-30 days before departure: 50% of total tour price
• 29-15 days before departure: 75% of total tour price
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour price

All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].

5.2 Changes by You

If you wish to make changes to your booking:

• We will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes will be possible.
• An administration fee of £50 per person may apply, plus any additional costs incurred.
• Changes made within 60 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

5.3 Cancellation or Changes by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or make significant changes to your tour in the following circumstances:

• Due to force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, etc.)
• If minimum participation numbers are not met
• If we believe there is a risk to your safety

In such cases, we will offer you the choice of:

• Accepting the changes with any price difference
• Accepting an alternative tour of equivalent or similar standard
• Cancelling your booking with a full refund of all monies paid

6. Our Liability to You

6.1 Limitations of Liability

We will accept responsibility for the arrangements we agree to provide or arrange for you as an "organizer" under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, as set out below.

We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claim of any description if it results from:

• The acts and/or omissions of the person affected
• The acts and/or omissions of a third party unconnected with the provision of the services contracted for and which were unavoidable and extraordinary
• Force majeure events

6.2 Excursions and Activities

We are not responsible for the provision of excursions or activities not included in your tour package. Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for while on holiday are not part of your contracted arrangements with us.

Adventure activities involve an element of personal risk. By booking an adventure tour, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume responsibility for your own actions and safety.

7. Your Responsibilities

As a client of WorldWide Adventures, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information when booking
• Comply with all local laws and regulations of the countries you visit
• Respect local customs, traditions, and cultural practices
• Follow the guidance and instructions of your tour leader or guide
• Act in a responsible manner toward other group members and local people
• Not engage in illegal activities or behavior that disrupts the enjoyment of others

We reserve the right to remove you from a tour if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive, with no right to a refund.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint during your tour:

• Inform your tour leader or our local representative immediately so that they can attempt to rectify the issue.
• If the issue is not resolved, you should contact our head office using the emergency contact details provided.
• If you remain dissatisfied, you must submit a formal complaint in writing within 28 days of the end of your tour.
• We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint amicably, we may propose referring the matter to a mutually acceptable independent mediator.

9. Your Account

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WorldWide Adventures and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WorldWide Adventures.

11. Links to Other Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WorldWide Adventures.

WorldWide Adventures has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that WorldWide Adventures shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

WorldWide Adventures, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:

• The Site will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Site will meet your requirements

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
